Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and is displayed at checkout. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in La Quinta, CA.  Please contact us to arrange a time.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only ship within the United States. If you are outside these areas, please reach out to discuss options.

Damaged or Lost Items

We package each order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged or if it’s lost in transit, please contact us immediately at wilkiestudios@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please Include photos of the damage item(s) and we’ll work to resolve the issue. 

If you need to update your shipping address or have any questions, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders.
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
